We are the Martin’s
We are two old nurses who have spent more than 20 years together making memories. We took our first camping trip together before we were a couple. I will tell that story later. We are just average everyday people working hard and enjoying the life we have built. We are everyday people working hard and enjoying life.
Tracey gets the role of wife, mom, and Nana. She loves nothing more than her family time and most of her favorite memories have been made while camping. Brian is the adventurous one of the family. He introduced Tracey and Bryanna to camping and we are still following him around on these crazy adventures.
Life sure has changed over the years, Bryanna grew up and is starting off on adventures of her own. Those adventures have given us one darling little grandson and we are waiting to welcome our first granddaughter to the family soon. This year we will also officially have a son-in-law. They frequently join us on adventures and share our love for camping.
While we were learning to live just the two of us. We decided it was time to change up our camping gear. We upgraded from our tent to a pop-up camper a long time ago. Back in 2017, we purchased our first R-pod.
We originally started this blog in 2019 and life took over. A little thing called Covid appeared and rocked the world around us. We sold our house, lived in the R-pod for several months, built a house, and missed a camping season with Brian being deployed. Tracey decided while on a camping trip in June of 2022 it was time to bring this back to life.
